Analytics & privacy

NixieFX uses PostHog Cloud to understand aggregate visits and a small path through the site: landing page, editor, and optional coffee support. Analytics runs only on nixiefx.com.

What is collected

Cookieless pageviews, referral and campaign parameters, explicit editor-link clicks, coffee-dialog opens, checkout starts, and Stripe-confirmed coffee payments. Payment analytics contains only the tier, amount, currency, and an opaque checkout correlation id.

What is not collected

NixieFX does not send names, email addresses, project folders, effect contents, card details, or Stripe customer data to PostHog. Session replay, broad click autocapture, and person profiles are disabled. Your editor project remains in your own browser and project folder.

Cookies and storage

Analytics uses PostHog's cookieless server-hash mode and does not set analytics cookies or use local storage. PostHog processes the analytics events in its US Cloud. Payments take place on Stripe's hosted checkout and are covered by Stripe's own privacy terms.
